Terms & Conditions

1.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have measured their BBQ/Ride-on Mower against the cover sizes provided in the product description, prior to committing to purchase.  If unsure, contact Dinky-Di Outdoor Products directly on 0421 177 925 to discuss sizing.

 

2.  Within 21 days from date of purchase, if the customer finds that the size of cover ordered does not fit, it will be at the discretion of Dinky-Di Outdoor Products to decide whether or not a replacement cover should be arranged for the customer or not and, in the event that a replacement cover is granted to the customer, additional delivery charges will be incurred by the customer for the return of the original cover ordered and for the delivery of the replacement cover.  The original cover (any included accessories) and product packaging must not be damaged in any way and must be returned in the same condition as received by the customer.  Upon the return of the original cover back to Dinky-Di Outdoor Products, the cover (any included accessories) and product packaging will be inspected.  If there is any substantial marking or damage to the products and/or packaging, a replacement cover may not be granted.

 

3.  Within 21 days from date of purchase, if the customer finds that the cover received is faulty in workmanship, they must contact Dinky-Di Outdoor Products immediately to report the fault.  In this case, arrangements will be made by Dinky-Di Outdoor Products for the return of the faulty cover or as otherwise deemed fit by Dinky-Di Outdoor Products, and a replacement cover may be provided, following inspection of the returned faulty product.  In most cases where an item is deemed faulty, all delivery charges will be at the expense of Dinky-Di Outdoor Products.

 

4.  Within 21 days from date of purchase, if the customer finds that the cover received by them is not the size ordered, they must contact Dinky-Di Outdoor Products within that time to advise.  Dinky-Di Outdoor Products will review the customers original order, invoice and dispatch notice, to confirm it's error and, in the case that an incorrect size cover was delivered to the customer, Dinky-Di Outdoor Products will arrange, at it's own expense, for the return of the incorrect size cover and delivery of the correct size cover originally ordered by the customer.
